Hi, I'm Qingwen Gao, a product researcher and designer with three years of experience helping companies understand customer needs and design delightful experience. Primarily skilled in UX research, with additional capabilities in design work.

UX, to me, is multifaceted problem-solving—a jigsaw puzzle of steps to uncover optimal solutions and provide a holistic picture for stakeholders. I love the thrill of the 0→1 stage building or rebuilding an experience for users, and enjoying the moment after understanding the reality behind the data. As a research-driven young professional, I deeply committed to honing my skills and becoming a leader in my field.
